What to Expect at Your First Visit

5-10 min Vital Signs & Screening
Our nursing staff will record your blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, height, and weight. We'll also ask screening questions about your health.
20-30 min Visit with Dr. Martinez-Irizarry
Dr. Martinez-Irizarry will review your medical history, listen to your concerns, perform a physical exam, and discuss your health goals. He takes time to answer all your questions.
As needed Testing & Referrals
Depending on your health needs and age, Dr. Martinez-Irizarry may order lab work, imaging, or screening tests. If specialist care is needed, he'll provide referrals.

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. We see patients on a first-come, first-served basis. For the shortest wait, call ahead and let us know you're coming, or arrive early in the day.
What are your office hours?
Monday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Tuesday–Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.
How long does a first visit take?
Plan for about 60–90 minutes for your first appointment. This includes check-in, vital signs, and a thorough visit with Dr. Martinez-Irizarry. We take our time to get to know you.
