Meet Dr. Alfonso Martinez-Irizarry
Dr. Alfonso Martinez-Irizarry, MD brings more than 15 years of primary care experience to patients in Ocala, Florida. He is certified in Anti-Aging Medicine, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and Aesthetics. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Martinez-Irizarry is accepting new patients and welcomes walk-ins at his Ocala office.

Mariann L. Lopez, ARNP works alongside Dr. Martinez-Irizarry to care for patients at our Ocala office. She sees patients for wellness visits, chronic condition follow-ups, and same-day concerns, and takes the time to make sure every question is answered before you leave.
Ashley Owens-Cimino
Practice Manager
Ashley Owens-Cimino manages day-to-day operations at Primary Medical Services. She oversees scheduling, insurance and billing questions, and the front-office team, so she is the person to ask for help getting an appointment on the calendar or understanding your coverage.
